Islands Reborn factory guide
Scope: !Project Reborn’s Roblox experience, Factory Update; checked 28 October 2026. Each source below is identified separately. A claim supported by only one publisher is a single-source report, not independent confirmation. Classic Islands figures are comparison data.
The factory is the current end of the gear chain: ore and ingots go into presses and a steel mill, then into machines such as the drill and the vending machine.
I mapped each machine to a timestamp in the 25 October Factory Update video before writing this hub. If a number only lives on the classic wiki, the machine page says so in the column header. I have not stood next to a running mill in this experience.
Roles, not a ranked layout
A drill sits on a copper or gold deposit in the classic game and needs fuel. Reborn videos show the same machines, but deposit locations on a personal island are described by one competing wiki only, so this hub does not lock that in as a rule.
Presses turn ingots into bolts, rods, and plates once you own the machine and a mold. The steel mill turns iron ingots into steel ingots and is the gate for steel rods used by almost every later craft.
- Drill — pulls ore from a deposit.
- Copper press and steel press — shape metal into parts.
- Steel mill — iron ingots plus gold ingots become steel.
- Conveyor — 1 steel rod and 5 iron on the video frame.
