The copper press turns copper ingots into bolts, rods, and plates. Crafting the press costs 500 copper ingots and 5 steel rods on the Factory Update video.
The frame near 00:24 of the Factory Update video is the one I used. It matches the classic Copper Press page. I did not find a second Reborn video that prints different ingredients, so the cost is in. The 15, 25, and 50 ingot mold steps are still classic-only.
Ingredients
Steel rods mean the steel mill chain is already in progress. Copper ingots are the bulk of the cost.

Is the copper press required for the steel press?
The steel press recipe spends copper plate and copper rod. Those parts come from a copper press in the classic chain, and the same shopping list appears on the Reborn video.
