Gold ore in Islands Reborn

Gold ore feeds gold ingots, and gold ingots show up in the steel mill, the vending machine, and at least one shop’s buy tag. Where the ore sits is described by players, not by a developer map.
SpicyDucky’s 28-second clip on 25 October 2026 is titled as an unlimited-gold route. I treat the title as a claim. A competing wiki says the ore is on Buffalkor and that a slime key opens the way. Classic text agrees slime gears and Buffalkor exist. I will not write “the only spawn.”
Uses that are on a recipe
Smelting ore into ingots uses a furnace. The Reborn wiki lists a small furnace as 10 stone and 10 iron. An industrial furnace is a later machine. The 385,000 tag was a shop sample, not a craft cost.
- Steel mill machine cost: 50 gold ingots, with 100 iron ingots.
- Vending machine: 10 gold ingots.
- Shop sample: gold ingot buy tag 8,000 on 15 October 2026. Raw ore tag: none.
