Islands Reborn trading
Scope: !Project Reborn’s Roblox experience, Factory Update; checked 28 October 2026. Each source below is identified separately. A claim supported by only one publisher is a single-source report, not independent confirmation. Classic Islands figures are comparison data.
Players move items with shops on their island, vending machines, and hand-to-hand trades. Tax and capacity numbers below are classic Islands unless marked otherwise.
I split every sentence that came from the classic vending-machine page. Classic text says a 10 percent tax and a 7 percent figure in another tier note, plus 300 capacity on tier 1. The Reborn vending recipe is on video. The tax is not. I am not going to “assume the remake kept the tax.”
Three ways items move
A shop is furniture on your island. Visitors need stock they can see and a register that actually holds coins. One competing value page records an “out of coins” failure. That matches the shop video’s warning.
A vending machine has a known Reborn craft cost. Its fee is still classic-only. Direct trades have no public rulebook in the sources we checked.

Questions
Does Reborn charge 10 percent on vending sales?
Unknown. 10 percent is the classic wiki. See the vending page before you plan a margin around it.
