Bees and a honey press are on the Reborn wiki. A named Bee Update is not. This page sticks to the item notes and leaves the rates blank.
I looked for a Bee Update announcement and did not find one on the Roblox description, the badge list, or the video index. What I did find on the Reborn Fandom is a net that can catch bees and fireflies, added in a 24 October history note, and a honey press recipe of 30 birch wood plus 50 iron ingots.
Wiki notes, single source
The Reborn Player’s Island page says bees spawn at a hive on a tree when flowers are nearby, or from a bee jar. Honey block is 4 jars of honey. Honeycomb block is 4 honeycomb. Those sentences are one wiki. Rates and breeding steps were not written there.

We did not find patch notes under that name. Honey items can exist without a version title.
